Lead Work Begins!

My teacher said "Excluding the perimeter, there isn’t a straight line in the piece. There are a few tight curves that are going to make things tough and throw off your fits." And yes, this has turned out to be a challenge. Here's how far I got after ~ four hours of effort today. I'm about 1/2 way there and have reworked several sections a couple of times. 

This is definitely the most complicated piece I have done with lead.I suspect I'll be doing some additional tweaking once I get it all together.
