A view from the fort

Another successful weekend of tree fort building. The decking and support rails are now all complete. I need to make a rope ladder, add the walls and put on a tarp roof. Here's a view from the fort overlooking the woods in our backyard. My trusty helper is always ready to lend a hand.

I just had two cords of wood delivered so I have a bit of stacking to do. The fort may be a few more days before it's complete and ready for play.
