Anyhow, I got back into my glass work a couple of weeks ago. Friends of mine recently had all the windows replaced in their house. One of the windows was the downstairs bathroom. It didn't get the usual privacy frosting so they found themselves leaving the blind down most of the time.
As a result the bathroom was dark and blocked the light into the hallway. So I had an idea. Build an insert for the window. The pictures below are the result. The window is prairie style simple lines and earthy colors. The window is 18" by 29". I'll post a final picture once the frame is painted and the window installed.
Assembling the window. 1/2 way there.
Adding the frame to fit it to the bathroom window opening.
