Moon Rising

The moon is complete. I am taking too long off between projects. I had to remind myself how to deal with some of the cuts. I broke several panes getting the deep curve at the bottom of the piece.

The glass I purchased was more brittle than I expected and broke in all the wrong ways. As a result I now have a two tone moon. Patty says the moon isn't a single color and thinks this looks fine.

Again I am dealing with very small pieces. What looks large enough on paper is small after it's been cut out. Take the sun's eyebrows as an example. I'm up for the challenge.
